Services Provided

We offer:

  • Order fulfillment services

  • Inventory storage and warehousing

  • Last-mile delivery across the UAE

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) collection

  • Returns handling (if applicable)

All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

Client Responsibilities (Merchants)

Merchants agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details

  • Ensure products comply with UAE laws

  • Properly package goods (if self-packed)

  • Provide correct COD amounts

  • Ensure items are legal and non-restricted

We reserve the right to refuse prohibited or illegal goods.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Explosives or flammable items

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Counterfeit products

  • Items restricted under UAE law

Clients are fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from restricted shipments.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD shipments:

  • We collect payment from the customer at delivery.

  • COD settlement timelines will be agreed upon in writing.

  • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for customer refusal of shipments.

Settlement payments will be processed after successful collection and reconciliation.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Delays due to weather, government restrictions, or force majeure are not our liability.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact information.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or incorrect addresses.

Liability Limitation

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to:

  • The declared shipment value, OR

  • A maximum compensation amount agreed in writing

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

Insurance

Under applicable UAE data protection regulations, you may:

  • Request access to your personal data

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data (where legally permitted)

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

Returns & Failed Deliveries

  • Return shipments may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms
